Warranty Services

As part of our lifetime commitment, YADAV offers the following complimentary services:

• Resizing
• Polishing
• Cleaning
• Re-rhodium plating
• Reshaping of bent shanks
• Straightening of bent heads
• Tightening of prongs
• Replacement of missing accent diamonds (up to 0.10ct per diamond)

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Before any repair, our jewelers will carefully inspect your piece to ensure it can be safely restored without compromising its structural integrity or risking further damage. If our jewelers determine that the piece is not safely repairable, we will be unable to proceed with the repair.

YADAV’s warranty does not cover:

• Jewelry that is cracked, broken, or otherwise beyond safe repair
• Damage where repair would negatively affect the structural integrity of the ring
• Loss, theft, or damage outside the scope of normal wear

While YADAV will always do our best to restore your piece, some situations may fall outside the coverage of this warranty. For these cases, we strongly recommend that customers maintain independent jewelry insurance.

YADAV is proud to partner with Zillion Insurance, which provides convenient, comprehensive coverage for your jewelry. Through this partnership, customers have the option to easily secure insurance that protects against loss, theft, or damage not covered under our warranty.

Shipping Policy for Warranty Services

If you are located out of state or require shipping for your warranty service, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. YADAV will provide you with an insured shipping label to ensure your jewelry is securely transported.
