Shipping is free both ways on all US orders, and $50 shipping fee for all worldwide orders. Return or exchange your purchase and we will pay the return shipping cost for all US orders.
When it comes to shipping, we use only the best to guarantee the safe and prompt arrival of your purchase. Everything we ship is fully insured and, as a precaution, we urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing for receipt.
UPS shipping on all orders within the continental USA. No minimum order required. Saturday delivery may be available depending on location. Please call for details.
Yadav uses UPS Worldwide Express® , because of their outstanding guarantee of second business day delivery to more than 200 countries and territories. UPS guarantees delivery by 10:30 a.m. for shipments to major business centers, and by end of day to most other destinations. Note: International Orders may be subject to Import Duty.
Yadav uses USPS Priority Mail®, because of their reliability in shipping to military locations around the world. Please note that for APO and FPO orders we require payment in the form of wire transfer and we also require extra time for processing.

Alternative Shipping Address
Often times jewelry is given as an unexpected gift for an engagement or special occasion. To keep your purchase a surprise you may have your order shipped to an alternative address. When shipping to an alternative address Yadav takes additional safeguards to protect you and your purchase from fraud or theft. Making a jewelry purchase is a big deal, especially when you are selecting an engagement ring. We want you to be sure that what you bought is exactly what you want.
Our unbeatable 30 day return policy gives you plenty of time to gather opinions from friends and family about your purchase and make sure you're happy. If, for any reason, you want to return your item, you can do so for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked, no restocking fees.

In order to process a return, simply contact our Customer Service department at 1-888-968-8810 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Our Customer Service staff will provide you simple instructions on how to properly package, insure and ship your items back to our office. All refunds will be done in the form of the original purchase method except for bank wires, which are refunded via company check. Non-US residents will need to pay for their return shipping.

We guarantee that all our products are free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If an item needs repair, you can send it back to our office for inspection. If the product is deemed a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item free of charge. If the damage is caused by normal wear and tear, we can repair it at cost. If you aren’t happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days upon delivery. Once we receive your returned order, we’ll inspect and verify that your returned item is acceptable for a refund. It will take approximately ten business days for your refund to be processed. We will refund the original purchase amount using the method of payment you made the purchase with, except in case of bank wire payments which we refund via check. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for your credit card refund to appear on your statement.
Before you start the return process, be sure to reach out to our Customer Service department at 1-888-968-8810 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). If we receive a return without a RAN or if the package was refused delivery, the order will not be accepted for a refund and will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of $50. RANs are valid for seven days from the date of issue and your package must be shipped during this time. If your RAN has expired, please call us to receive another one. All requests for refunds must be in writing via email, letter, or fax. If your return shows signs of wear or if it has been engraved, resized, altered, or damaged in any way, it will not be accepted for return. We cannot receive improperly packaged or uninsured items.

Unlimited Lifetime Upgrades
Once your 30 Day Money Back Guarantee has expired, you will have the opportunity to upgrade your diamond(s) at any time and you will only be charged the difference in price with no other fees if the price of your new diamond is at least twice the price of your original diamond. To upgrade, simply send us back the diamond(s) and original certificates, and you will receive credit for the full price you originally paid which we will then apply towards a new diamond purchase. There is no limit on the number of times you can upgrade and there is no restocking fee.
Finished jewelry are not qualified for upgrading.
You will receive credit equal to 100% of the original price of the diamond toward the purchase of a new diamond.
The price of your new diamond must be at least twice the price of your original diamond.
Your diamond must be in its original condition with the original diamond grading report
Any damage to the original diamond may disqualify the diamond from our upgrade program. In some rare instances a diamond may have incurred damage through daily wear. In this case, Yadav will still accept the diamond back but the cost of polishing and reshaping the diamond will be deducted from the original price.
Preset Diamond Earrings without GIA or AGS Certificates are not eligible for upgrade.
Upgrades are only available for diamonds, not for the settings.
